  • Ubiquity (Beta): search tool mashup.
  • Mozilla Internet Dictionary: tabbed dictionary browser using the language dictionary resources on the Internet.
  • Context Search: Search right from the context menu.
  • SearchWith: Similar to Context Search extension but provides additional features, such as multiple search, edit the search query (Shift key) or add quotes (Ctrl key).
  • ConQuery: context searching and URL manipulation tool for advanced users.
  • Scroll Search Engines: change the search engine by scrolling the mouse.
  • Firefox Search Sidebar: search with several engines at the same time and manage your plugins easily from the sidebar.
  • Google Side Search: search with Google from the sidebar.
  • WordReference Translator: search selected text in Wordreference from the context menu or pressing 'D'.
  • Inline Google Definitions: shows Google definitions without leaving the tab.
  • Add to search bar: Just right click on any search box and choose ''Add to Search Bar''. Really useful.
  • OpenSearchFox: same features as ''Add to search bar''.
  • Customize Google: this extension removes the ads in Google services and offers also many other options, such as language defaults or search streaming.
  • Googlepedia: displays Wikipedia articles in Google search results.
  • GoogleEnhancer: adds favicons, numbering and highlighting to Google search results.
  • Coogle: highlights search terms in webpages brought up through Google search.
  • Search Keys: keyboard shortcuts for Google search results.
  • WikiLook: look up Wiktionary in any language right under your mouse pointer.
  • KeywordSelection: automatically perform a search by selecting some text and clicking on a keyword-enabled bookmark.
  • Zotero: advanced search, data mining, citation export, storage of any information source, etc. Designed to make much easier researching on the Internet. Note: it's quite ''heavy'', almost 1MB.
  • Second Search: search with other engines without switching the engine of the search bar.
  • Peers: search previews for your searchbar.
  • CyberSearch: shows Google results in the address bar.
  • SearchLoad Options: adds a menu for changing the default behaviour of the searchbar.
  • Find In Numbers: displays the number of matched items when searching in web pages.

  • Paste and Go 2: one click for loading URLs from the clipboard.
